I look like him a bit when he was thinner. We both have a bloated egg-shaped head, same eye shape and color. My nose is a lot smaller and normal shape, though and my lips are smaller.

Thing is, he's still easily 20-25% bf in that pic. Skinnyfat is a terrible curse. He needs to go down to at least 12%, optimally 8-10% with 20-30lbs of new muscle.
