I am starting a new exercise program.
It is really simple.
I don’t have a set routine.
It is just making exercise part of my daily routine.
Whenever I go somewhere, I run there.
Instead of getting rides, I carry my stuff back.
I carry my laundry to and from the laundry mat.
You’d be surprised what a good workout it is to carry a garbage bag full of clothes for 2 miles.
1 mile there and 1 mile back.
I do not have any food in my apartment on purpose.
If I want to eat, I have to run to get breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Though, I do have coffee in my room.
I’ve been doing this for 4 months.
So far, the results are great.
The good thing about this workout is that it requires no equipment, no gym membership.
If you want, you can add some calisthenics into it too.
Squats, lunges and calf raises on one day.
Push-ups, abs and rows on another.
