I tried abit and kinda got some early thong to work but its horribly configured and i dont even care if it would be cool if i were to make it better cause i really just cant do anything for some reason i dont know why but i cant complete most goals i try and set my mind to something goes weong and i fuck it all up somehow just got really pussed and deleted the days work so i officially give up on making an os and am just gonna customize my shitty fedora system to my liking but prolly not gonna make the os like originally planned.

dk what's so special about fedora besides se which you can get on most of these highly configurable distros atp
it's not stable, its package manager is slow and its point release.
I use it because im too much of a dumbass to achieve the same setup on distros like gentoo.

No i was modifying debian over a vm but there was some wierd glitch with my permissions and the day was really shit so i just face up but how i had made it it was going to be like qubes but more lightweight might try again one day but itll prolly never get done

Because there's no reason to work towards anything. You thought about doing an ambitious project, then realised that completing it wouldn't be feasible, enjoyable, or productive, and decided to conserve your energy instead.
