I understand feeling humiliation but not shame, shame implies that you did something wrong whereas humiliation just implies that you get treated like shit. I never had enough agency in life to really blame myself for anything. This applies to people who feel like they let their parents down especially. Normies want you to blame yourself but it's equivalent to blaming yourself for being born a slave.

the one exception to this tenuously is that sometimes someone will be decent looking enough and fucked over by neurodivergence, so they may be participants of the social compact in a way that a true subhuman never would be, but neurodivergence is genetic enough and selected against enough that it still falls under the umbrella of social Darwinism
