Never have an appetite

I have completely lost my appetite. Even when I'm stoned I just don't feel like or want to eat. My stomach can be growling loudly but I don't feel hungry.
Whenever I do actually eat, I pretty much have to force myself to because I just don't want to eat whatever I'm eating.
Is anyone else like this?
