Serious Need some help making account on ВКонтакте/VKontakte/VK to download some content for rigging 3D models.

I can't seem to make an account on VK from here in curryland and I'm desperate to get one because I need to download some rigging and animation education content from this account called RiggingPRO (https://vk.com/rig_pro). Guys please help me out!
