I bought a steam card for 20€ because cant afford much more. Steam wintersale will end soon and i dont know what to buy. can you recomend me something? i like everything exept racing and sports games.

I'll second this. Even though normies claim to like Dark Souls its still a very fun, enjoyable series. Even DS2, the "weakest" game is better than most other AAA titles.
As for other stuff it really depends on what you like: I picked up the Mega Man Zero Collection because I loved all those games on GBA. Too bad the MMX collection has horrible input lag or else I'd have brought that too.
Hollow Knight and Cuphead are pretty good
