now i downloaded it again and after i setup accout (dont forget the old one) it sayid im required to verify with a selfie.

Use a VPN or change your IP address. Setting your IPv4 from Static to DHCP can allow the lease to expire and renew, creating a new IP address occasionally. You should be doing that already, anyways. It makes it harder for your security to be compromised.
