im genuinely so fucking depressed. id given up and was genuinely doing okay kek but now im tryna "self improoov" LMFAO because sitting idle wont cut it for me i live in 3rd world shithole with no neetbuxx being thrown around and it genuinely fucking sucks. im so unlike all the normies i cant function for shit im depressed always been depressed since i was 12. been trying to cope with vidya but it wont fucking help

WHAT is going to be ok? if you mean your general well-being and mental health that can be improved by working out (especially running), eating clean, reducing screen time to 4 hours, not consuming triggering material, etc, but we are all gonna die anyways whether it's disease, accident or old age, if you mean getting a gf that's entirely dependent on your stats, if you mean getting a job that's really dependent on your location
