If we constantly need something to chase in order to temporarily fix our need for that item then we will always be in a constant pursuit of that thing.
Chasing a pleasure that will never provide something permanent and satisfactory.
It's very design distracts us from ever seeking something meaningful outside of it because it forces us to chase that very thing.
Binding us to the material, while tying people down into the rat race.
The very fact of nature proves to us that no matter how much you consume it will never be enough.
And so long as we don't realize this fact we will always be tied down to it's laws.
Thus preventing us from digging deeper into ourselves and chasing a meaning outside of this place.
