People who tolerate bullying because 'it's natural' doesn't apply the same logic to everyday's life.
Rape is natural etc. There are no welfare and medical centres in nature. So they just need to leave civilization and go back to jungles then. But they won't do it.
Widespread bullying is a sign that this place ( school, work etc ) or a city or a country deserves to be annihilated...
