Narrow lower thirdcels: can I beard save me?

I have the worst lower third in the world. Funny how people made fun of me in school by saying i should get plastic surgery on my jaw cuz of how narrow it is and now I actually have thought about doing it.

My dad's able to grow a full beard so I imagine hopefully I will be able to and every male in my family has a beard.

Can a beard save a narrow lower third? And to what extent?
