I am on a three day fast to get rid of an injury / inflammation I got from work and I still have one more day to go.

I swear, manual labor during a fast is torture. Just literally LDAR during a fast.

But I can't, I've got shit to do.

I guess I won't be doing another one after three days of recovery.

I will do one after two months though.

Brutal age pill, man.

I can't wait for my first meal. I can already taste it.

I will be eating all day. I have to take it slow though, with some broth, I know.
