Yo fatcels so this is me, having lost 55+ pounds in the course of months, and now I'm about 170 pounds, finally seeing a bit of my jawline on the side (I still have a high bodyfat).
Well I would like to share my ways for fatcels.
1.Eat a bread or something in the morning, nothing else. It should be about 300-500 kcal.
2.make sure you skip lunch time to make room
3.walk on lunch, walk about 6km
4.walk another 4 km when you go back from work or school
5.skip dinner or eat very few of it. so if ur bmr is about 1800, and walking 10000 steps pretty much nullify what u eaten for breakfast so that's like 1800 kcal burned in a day, which is about a pound for two days.
6.because VLCD can have effects on people, allow 1500kcal cheat days maybe one or two a week
I myself have found staying away from home (where there's plenty of food) extremely effective.
Water fasting is even more effective, but you'll have very bad hunger and the cost isn't worth to pay IMO.
