I have tinnitus and various visual problems, I've coping with this for a long time, but it is getting worse everyday

This makes me really want to kms, I've thinking of taking the rope for a very long time now

Is there a way I can still cope with this or is the rope the only solution?

Should I end it all or fight 'till the end? What do you think?
