Conservative party Boris Johnson, told Labour party opponent, that this Labour guy was in charge of the court when Jimmy Savile was around, but ballsed up on catching him. This made Boris's top political aide leave him. When asked about this aide leaving him, he quoted the Lion King moment, where Jafar Rafiki the baboon tells adolescent lion Simba that change is hard but good.
