I will try to achieve all of this learning how to have lucid dreams. It may be a really good cope, although coming back to the real world might be hard.

Me too. But according to some people (aswell as Chatgpt) you can achieve longer lucid dreams through some practices. I used to know a guy who claimed to have mastered completely his dreams.
