LLS and facial construction surgery. I might actually skip LLS if it's too risky but face is a must.

I'm not a retard I won't ever be attractive but I want to increase my chances to maximum.

Weak jawline through mouth breathing, or missing teeth I guess?

If it’s missing teeth it will never repair. It’s ovER. Your jawbone is gone for good. If it’s mouth breathing then no matter how hard you try the habit will keep returning. Former mouth breathers invariably return to mouth breathing after becoming nose breathers the first time they get a blocked nose.

Jaw implants, rhinoplasty (if you have a really ugly hooked nose) and liposuction are probably your safest bet. I want to do liposuction at some point because there's more fat on one side of my face than the other. I doubt it'll boost my attractiveness (I have lots of unfixable failos, esp. eye area) but at least my facial asymmetry won't be as pronounced.

It could work depending on your base, but it comes with risks depending on how invasive the surgeries are.

Well yes implants would improve the look of missing teeth but they don’t restore jawline. They simply stop you looking like a methhead when you talk.
