I used to work in a place where there were always hugs and/or cheek kisses (I mean the business ones where you just touch with cheeks, not actual kissing) when someone had a birthday or someone was leaving the company so I had an opportunity to get a business hug a few times with a woman.
It's forced though, lasts a split second, and you don't even feel anything because it happens so fast and your body is tense because you are afraid to hug her properly so she won't get offended. I always felt bad in these situations because I knew they didn't want to hug me. They just do it because it's a custom, I still consider myself hugless virgin because I never got a normal long hug from a female.
