Yes I have changed my diet and told my parents to fuck off with their trash food. Nowadays I eat quinoa/rice and very rarely flat bread with chicken curry using these type of sauces

I also eat out maybe 1/2 the time nowadays. As easier access to a variety of foods than home cooking. I am still living with parents to save rent, rent in NYC is too high atm and if move out I would be wasting $1500+ probably to get a one bedroom apartment+garage. So for now not worth it for me.
