It's Over My social anxiety is getting worse by the day

I can feel every one silently judging me. Am so ugly I feel like a skinwalker posing as a human. It’s gotten so bad that I literally see everyone as a hostile, I don’t like being looked at or spoken to and it’s even worse when I have to speak. When I go for a walk I can feel the passengers in the passing cars looking at me in disgust, I stand on guard constantly worrying about them screaming at me or having an object thrown. I just don’t feel right being in public, I feel like an alien walking around new York City.

I just want to cover up my face and remove my emotions, memories and entire identity and become a clean slate and just live like a soulless robotic combine Solider or something.
