The cold, combined with flu, got my young brother into hospital, attended by my sister.

My sister saw a pajeet child, very young and has down syndrome. He was crying and his mother left him for 8 hours and almost fell to the ground so my sister told the nurse to help him (you aren't allowed to help yourself)
