This is what all universities do. They push leftist views on students for 4 years straight. With university being the "default" or "normal" option after school, these students are usually already followers. doing what their parents and society has told them to do without any thought of their own, so it is very easy to get these types of people to start believing leftist views even in their first year.

The main brainwashing tool is that EVERYONE else around them in the uni believes these ideas, every professor, every 2nd, 3rd, 4th year student, so it doesn't take long for the majority of first years to follow suit, and those that resist or stay indifferent in their first year are around people who hold those views so much that after 4 years almost everyone holds the same, santized, leftist views. This brainwashing is very powerful, and it happens without each individual even realising it, it just becomes fact to them, they're around it so much.

To finish it off, they add the ultimate superiority complex, the brainwashed university students are now told they're "educated", and they now believe they know better than anyone with differing opinions due to their "education". It's extremely powerful and I've seen it first hand. They believe they have developed these views on their own due to their "high level of education".

I'm not sure how much of this is planned, and how much is a bad coincidence, but this is the system that keeps producing these braindead "mature" liberal adults who will slave their life away while retaining a superiority complex.
