It's Over My room gets more trashy and untidy with every day and i have no motivation to clean it up

I want to clean up my room but i just have no motivation to. Empty bottles and cans are everywhere, packages are laying around and the filling material of packages as well, i dont putting my used clothes into the laundry. I also have not motivation to empty my full trash can.At least im not a point where i have food rotting in my room, i usually remove dishes and food immediately.

I don't wanna come downstairs and have to deal with my parents' crap should I go down to throw out the garbage, and there aren't any mice or insects all over, neither is there an overwhelming amount of garbage or fecal smell or any mold at all that would motivate me to push through the neurotypicals downstairs.

Create the habit to always take a bit off trash (or a used plate etc…) with you when you leave ur room anyways, so it gets just slightly better day after day

Same, I try my hardest not to let things get like this but man it’s hard. Everything feels so tedious. It’s like the same day over and over again on repeat.

It makes me wanna prioritize the things I wanna do rather than the things I should do. And the only reason I keep up with hygiene is because if I don’t then I’ll feel even worse than I already do.
