Venting My right leg is in great pain

I stuck in traffic for couple of hours. Damn, at the end my leg felt really heavy and it was hard to control the brake

I think it happens when your leg is in the same uncomfortable position for too long. Maybe try moving your leg it might make the pain smaller.

If it's your right leg, it could be mild sciatica. It happens often with drivers, because you sit in an assymetric position for a long period of time. Your right leg is extended out, while your left is in a more relaxed position.

Pull over and do some stretches regularly. Look up online for the kind of stretches you should do to fight it.
