YestERday I only had noodles and beef stew and some onion, and today I had two peanut buttER kitkat chocolate bars (444 cal in total) and a shitty pizza (668 calories), and pepsi (1 cal) and some onion, (less than 10 cal)

Total for today is around 1,200 cal (its less than that but its better to ovER-estimate)

I had two beers, egg sandwich and soup. Best pasta for chicken soup is handmade.

Knead flour and eggs into dry firm dough. Let it airdry 15 min and blend it lightly little by little, it will turn into tiny balls, and dump it directly into boiling soup and mix to not stick together. Better than anything store bought.

2500 calories is nothing,, especially if you are an athlete or workout daily,as as young man
with a fast metabolism.
im skinny , and eat way more than that, 100% guaranteed.
yea the majority of it consists of organic food (so not processed garbage),
But every now and then I treat myself with junk food.
listen to your body, eat whenever your body needs fuel.
