My review of armored core 6 after doing all endings and 3 playthroughs.

I think game is pretty fun. It really helped me with a videog ame fatigue and after a long time i actually bothered playing with a game for more than 40 hours. Build and color customization is insane in this game. All thing i dont like about it that i have to go through different menus to buy and sell a part. Also game doesnt allow you to buy new parts in between missions. So you kind off have to quit mission to do so. And once you quit mission you have to replay the whole mission again and if you missed any weapon chest then also you have to do the full mission again.
That said its a problem that is only relevant for first playthrough as new game plus and new game plus plus are just walk in a park with dual gatling gun and dual stun needle build. And every playthroughs has exclusive missions which you get by making right choices. And missions do feel worth it. But on 3rd playthrough there are some annoying missions which can feel irritating. If i had to rank my playthroughs it would be fire of raven ending. Because of the final boss design.
If i were to give it a rating it would be :-8.5/10

that was my build when I played it day one. Nice to see it's still meta because I was sure they where going to nerf it.

its just easy mode and if you somehow struggle with a boss just swap the legs with tank. Although i will say this i swapped one gatling gun with moonlight blades. On new game plus i just killed ibis in a minute with tank and i didn't even move from my place. I think every boss is cheeseable except for ayre and balteus

i just beat it the other day and i'm in the same boat as yourself mate. it made me realise that a) modern games can still be great outside of niche releases and b) fromsoft still got it even though they've really overdone it lately with souls games.

my favorite ending is probably liberator. i regret not doing fires of raven first tho, it made liberator feel weirdly rushed on the first playthrough, but i corrected that after doing a 4th playthrough with as many rlf missions as i could. love the laser lance, it was one of the few weapons i couldnt take off my mech. great game.
