I use to eat a lot of processed foods.
My go tos were
Soda
Chicken Patties
Pizza
Burgers
Snack cakes
Cookies
Candy
Lot of ramen and other high starch noodles
My standard order from papa John’s for example would be.
1 Italian papadia
Large works
12in cheese bread
Cinnamon pull aparts
2 2 liters of Pepsi
Getting fat was pretty easy never counted calories nor cared to.
Ate what I wanted when I wanted.
Different now
Today I had
Small block of pepper Jack cheese
Protein shake
6 eggs with pan fried krakus ham.
