Slavoj Zizek is a famous pop philosopher who is known for his superficial philosophical talks that combines some marx and hegel, yet no one really understands. See e.g. the Peterson vs Zizek debate if you want to see two brick walls talking to each other.
To understand Zizek's exaggerated behavior it's important to understand male mating strategies. It has often been hypothesized that expressions of great genius are often explosive attempts to discern oneself from other males and to gain a female partner in return. Davinci's and Newton's behavior can be seen as an overcompensation for their non NT behavior in the attempt to gain a mate. Newton for instance went on overdrive his whole life but got nothing out of it (non NTs are rarely rewarded with sex, even if they have substantial contributions to societal development)

He also talks with an incomprehensible lisp, which I think he partly fakes or atleast could be corrected with speech therapy. He doesn't correct this because he is essentially applying an oofy doofy strategy where talking with a foreign accent makes him seem more interesting.
It's essentially a desperate all-or-nothing strategy, which is typically what oofy doofy uses, but in his case it worked wonders. He got a wife out of it and probably a lot of casual sex from females (his real motivation).

He believed his own disorganized rambelings were actually an indication of genius, and he decided to build a whole academic career out of it, up to the point of becoming a philosophy professor. Because he is too old for casual sex he needs to satisfy himself with being the center of attention and other forms of narcisissm like being invited to tons of talks.
