my phone die

i have poco x3 pro and it die. randomyl white screen and blue lines and just died. i hope i can fix it i had 250gb of stuff on it. Whats a good phone to replace i looked at poco m7 pro and poco x7 pro and refurbished samsung s10 and s20 and s21 and s23 but samsung bit expensive maybe i get s10 or s20
