Yes, well, then it's worth pointing out specifically Russians or Eastern Slavs in general. Slavic countries are extremely diverse and it is clear that more developed Slavic countries will be more civilized. It is clear that the Czech Republic, Poland, and Slovenia are much more civilized than Russia, where there is African corruption and disregard for human life.

That applies mainly northwestern light skinned Indians ,its a huge country in both land area and population.People are much darker in the southern parts that are Dravidian and in the northeast near China and Tibet they are more oriental looking.
As far as Slavs ,sure eastern Europe is poorer and has more problems than western and central Europe but I don't if race is the reason
