I never wanted to grow up. One thing I remember wanting as a teenager was to just have a few years of happiness, like get a gf, have friends, be accepted. I felt that if I had that I wouldn't mind dying at 25, I wouldn't mind trading the rest of my life for a few years of happiness. It's kinda ironic now, given that I'm 26. Now my only "long-term" goal is too save enough money to rot in SEA for a few years and then rope. Unless I find a gf in the process of trying to save money right now, that's my current plan.my parents never taught me basic life skills at an early age and they're overprotective helicopter parents, so i now have peter pan syndrome. i've read all of this causes peter pan syndrome
