Everytime i mention my genetic defects they dont say typical shit like "youre handsome honey" or "theres nothing wrong with you". Instead they cut straight to the point and say "maybe we can get you cosmetic surgery". They now fucking realise im ugly as shit and wont even pretend anymore. They mention shit like hair transplants and laser eye surgery for me to fix my problems. They better hold that promise since this is their genetics causing my suffering
