The homicide clearence rate was about 60% in 2018, meaning 40% got away with murdering someone. The clearence rate is lowest in prodominantly black neighborhoods, meaning a black man is very likely to get away with murdering someone.
I've felt anger towards other white people who bully ME, but I know that if I shot them I'd been sentenced for life, while blacks if they feel slighted they can kill someone and know its very unlikely they'll be caught.
