I' m trying not to be so angry all the time at everyone. Because im a KHHV I get super upset when i see anyone who's not. Whenever I see a hot girl, especially wearing revealing clothing, I get upset that I'm not with her and think about the Chads who got to be with her. Even a kissing scene in a movie makes me want to turn it off, but I'm trying to adopt a new mindset. Instead of being angry I will view everything with happiness and admiration.

When I see a nice fine artwork or beautiful nature, I'm not jealous that I'm not that. When I see a picture of a majestic wolf, or fox, or some other gorgeous animal, im not jealous, i just admire the animal. So why can't I enact the same mindset to humans? I noticed many ugly guys love it when they see hot girls, they just go "omg she's so hot that's awesome bro", they don't get all upset and think "Chad only, fml".... I want that mindset, I think I'll be a lot happier.

And when i see people show affection I'll just think "you know, good for them, I would do the exact same thing. I'm glad they're not suffering like me". It's like if I had cancer, would i want everyone else to get cancer too? No. If i was old and was going to die soon, would i want all the young people to die soon too? NO. So why just because im incel do i have to be upset that others are not. It makes no sense.

This new mindset will make me so much happier, I will try to think this way in the future.
