LL has been around for at least 80 years at this point so it is very well studied.
Cosmetic LL has been around for at least 40+ years externally and 20+ years internally and again very well studied.
I dont see how someone, anyone, would loose their ability to WALK. With LL it is about if you get to preop potential atlethisms or you loose at most 30%.
Even the wildest cases could walk.
If you "end up in a wheelchair" it is cause your implant cant handle your wheight and you have delayed or non union in your bones. that is easily treatable and preventable. at worst you need to exchange the nail or do a bone graft (prefered)

My dad is ok with all the surgerys i do as long as he doesnt have to pay for them (except LL he will lend/help me there a little bit)
But i tried to tell my mum about how i need to find 15-16 year old girl or i will stay incel for life and she said it might be over cause i am an oldcel (not that wording but that meaning)

Start 165 evening. I corrected my pelvic tilt with the surgery and lengthend for 5.5cm. I measured yesterday evening at 169.5. But i cant stand fully straight yet due to duckass and having wide legs from the LL and not beeing able to make my back straight. I also have a 20 degree scoliosis cause of the pelivic tilt. All in all i think i will be 171 to 172 after i am fully recovered.
In 2028 after i completed face surgerys in 2026 I will do double LL 6cm femur again and 6cm tibia. LLooking to reach a barefoot height of 183 to 184 evening.
