A bit off topic but I have terrible sleep issues and my mother often gets mad when I vent about my struggles. My body wakes me up multiple times a night and it takes me hours sometimes to get back to sleep. Also have severe OCD among other health issues. But guess what, she has most of these issues too, especially the sleep and OCD, but somehow acts like it's my fault I have them.

I straight up told her once, it's your genetics that gave me these issues and she hated that. She also had me at a super old age
