I asked about it, she basically said that Vitamin B complex is the same thing that I'm taking now so I should be fine.

As for magnesium and calcium, I should be okay since I eat a lot of peanuts, bread, and milk.

Yeah, balanced diet gives enough nutrient's, if you are still growing take whatever you can, it can't hurt but can help. For any man eating enough protein is the most important thing.

It's good for the bones

Ive heard vitamin D deficiency can result in decreased bone density however its likely in negligible non-noticable amounts. I got my blood tested not too long ago and the foid doctor said i have severe D deficiency and was prescribed like 12,000 IU pills, i got myself back up to baseline and literally nothing changed i felt no different.

best for men are usually zinc and iron.

Still you won't get pussy. What vitamins should incels take then?

it's good for your bones when you become an old man

That explains a lot

I've noticed that my knees pop whenever I get out of my chair, along with that I tend to have some pretty bad back issues.

lol it's okay, in your 20s you can fix all your problems easily, you better get into them before you get older and be i pain 24/7
Thanks for the advice man, I appreciate it

Recently I've started going outside a bit more, so maybe I'll be able to get rid of these aches and pains

Tbh it's easy when you're still in your 20s, you can fix things like posture, back pain etc easily.
People have told me to fix my posture countless times to no avail, don't really see it happening tbh.

The only way I can see me fixing it is by not staring into the computer 24/7.

Maybe you should before it's too late

It's not like I'm against the idea, I've said multiple times that I'd like to actually do something aside from repeating the same days over and over again.

The only reason why I haven't is because I'm too afraid to

unless you have rich parents in this situation it's okay I guess.

Nah, my parents are both pretty poor, the only reason why I'm still in this mess is because I have a helicopter mom.

It's not easy but you gotta do what you gotta do, if you can enter and afford college go for it, if you can't afford it go to a trade school, it's not easy but hey, it doesn't matter don't be self conscious about yourself, you are black pilled so you know acting like a sperge don't matter.
If I had a dollar for the amount of times someone said something like that, I'd be able to fill all four of my walls.

You have good intentions, and I respect that, but life isn't always that simple, and you should know that by being here.

zinc is essential for testosterone efficiency, I've been taking supplements for over a month and I can't see any difference.

consoom magnesium glycinate and glycine

Tfw your mom gives you the D :worryfeels:

Lol!

The thing about mega dose vitamin d is you need vitamin k (green leafy foods) to go with it to prevent calcium from leaving your bones. And the dose is very high.

You can get it from the sun via solar uv but if you wash it off it goes away. It takes a day or at least several hours to absorb via the skin.

Most modern people are deficient in it broz

blackpill better
