LDAR My mind is empty most of the time

I came to the realization that almost everything I do in my life is to keep my mind as empty as possible because it's the only moments when I'm not in pain.
You know what are, right now, my favorite activities to do? 70 IQ mindless repetitive tasks such as listening to the same repetitive music over and over again, playing the same repetitive video game over and over again until I get a higher score, etc.
These are the only type of things I can still do.

Can relate, these things should be sprinkled on an active social and sexual life or else they stop being enjoyable.
