My loose existence is evident when I can't even kill insects

There was a huge hornet in my room.
I tried to kill it with a shoe for over an hour.
I didn't even dare to kill it with a shoe. Then a friend who was over 60 years old came into my room and killed the hornet in a second. I don't think there is anything that makes a truecel more real. Even insects can beat me and I'm extremely afraid of them.
I can never survive on my own. After that I wanted to kill myself because such a weak man can't survive.
I threw my shoes at the hornet and shit my pants.
How I could to survival if other people would attack me?
