Idk depends on what type of internet you have, if you are using mobile then use a usb cable to connect your computer to it see if that fixes it. For dsl, cable and fiber use a Ethernet cable. Depending on how old your modem and pc WiFi cards is they might be incompatible or damaged and give you shit internet.

If you are using the mobile data then making something like this can improve your signal if your tower is faraway, you just need to know where your tower is so you can orient it towards it.
