My immune system is nuked

I don't know what happened. In High school I went almost 3 years without getting ill. Now whenever I'm in contact with other people for a prolonged period, I get super sick. To the point that I'm bedridden. Has anyone else here experienced anything like this

I was sick just 2 weeks ago. Whenever i get sick my immune system is really struggling. I get a fever from common cold. In my case the alcoholism fucked my immune system.

Same, I get sick all the time. Aside from the dehumanizing loneliness, I suspect that the covid vaccine poison in my system also contributes to this.

I drink once a week now as well but I don't think its a major contributor for this newfound chronic illness. There might just be something wrong with my body cause I'm basically sick or recovering from a sickness all the time now

I never took that vaccine, I knew better and my parents weren't big on the vaxx either. That covid vaccine is going to have detrimental effects on the people who took them

zinc and vit c yr round helps a lot in preventing sickness, not saying it’ll make u bulletproof but i do notice i dont rly get sick anymore. also eat healthy, eating like shit makes u more prone to getting sick

Yes. Very rarely got sick the last 10 years, and now have gotten sick 4 times this year.
