My main worry is if after all my surgeries I do somehow become a Chadlite, I might not be able to deal with people starting to be nice to me. There have been countless stories of people who, after plastic surgery, develop depression when they see how differently people act towards them after it. They realise people just like them for their looks and nothing else.
