The wine I made was weak);

Still got a buzz, and it tasted OK. But it was not strong... It took a quart to get a buzz, unlike the usual amount of a pint

Next time I'll use 2 jars of jelly and a packed cup of brown sugar....

I would have done that earlier, but the non GMO French jelly I get is fucking expensive! $7usd a jar!

So it would bring my cost up to half of storebought.... But it'll be better... So it's probably worth doing.

I make my own booze but I'm tired of the too quick effect of strong drink... And hard apple cider is an expensive hassle! (Good luck finding American Apple juices);; so, I decided to try something different. freaky fruit wine... sure I could buy dubious fruit from the store and mash it up...

Unless you use raw unwashed fruit and water. The yeasty bois are on the fruit.
