my heart isn't feeling to good today

i woke up with my heart beating hard,thinking that maybe i was going to die.throughout the day,i got these small spikes of pain in my chest area(not sure if it's the heart or not),and i am not sure what it is .i moved my arm after i got one of those spikes and noticed that if i moved in a specific way it started spiking,so maybe this is just my arm movement causing this.i honestly don't know what is happening. i want to die with christ,and i don't think my soul is in a state of grace so that scares me.at the end of the day,our lord is the only thing that matters as he himself holds all perfections.

Did you had covid in the last 6 months or so? You should go to E.R. they would do you ECG and check how your heart works. It could be exhaustion or stress.

You know I had these same symptoms with the chest pain and the heart pumping hard as you mentioned the other day

The feeling, as best as I can describe it, was like two little small monkey hands slowly squeezing or squishing each side of my heart until my oxygen levels were slowly getting squeezed out of my heart and brain (I also had a headache along with this)

The feeling subsided went I stood up quickly in panic and went outside for walk to get some fresh air

I also dranked lots of water after this experience

Go see a cardiologist. You might have high blood pressure.

i have been incredibly depressed lately and also dealing with a lot of stress(i often feel like just roping and ending it.i am glad that i don't have any quick methods at hand.),so maybe it's that.i could get it checked at the doctor but i am honestly wayy too tired and don't feel like begging the nhs for tests and appointments.already that last year when i was having issues and it's the most bothersome thing.

i slept throug the night okay and woke up a while ago.so far i haven't had anything so that's good.if this continues then i might go to a doctor or nhs.

Stress can be a trigger for a stroke or heart attack.My dad had a heart attack when he was talking a walk 3 years ago with no previous symptoms.I see that you have faith in Lord Jesus so you maybe one of those few who can feel the signs before it,in most cases there are no visible signs.
