The goal is to get lean and build an athletic body.

Face is the most important aspect of a person's physical attractiveness, followed by height and race, but it pays off to avoid looking like a wimp.

My envisioned body is quite simple:

The body of a pretty boy that plays sports, that exercises regularly. Nothing that screams "I go to the gym", but enough for people to see I am fit and healthy.

This is achievable in less than a year, but as I am going to spend a year or two in the gym, my body is probably going to look even better than that.

This is unlikely to achieve in 1 year, but you will likely look good (bodywise).

Don't get discouraged and track your progress on your phone or with a book (you won't be able to see muscle growth right away but you will notice increase in strengh).

u should go to the gym but unless u have an alr good face structure (FAKECEL) then gym isnt going to help u

go for a jerky twisting motion when lifting the weight up for optimal results
 
100kg on the benchpress is pretty average for someone who just starts out with the gym

Make sure you test out your max on the first day otherwise you won't be able to measure your progress

When you bench, you grap the bar with palms facing towards you, and use a thumbless grip.

Please follow my advice and drop 100kg on your neck.

Who uses safeties for bench? What if you have to bail, now you’re stuck with a barbell on your chest and can’t slide the plates off :feelskek:
 
Yes, do round your back as much as you can when you deadlift, and also start at 90lbs more than you think you can handle. You will get strong fast using this method

you definitely wouldn't need gymceiling a lot to get a body like this
this body type is just lean with a minimum amount of muscle. even doing some push ups and sit ups will get you a body like this.
the problem is that this body type needs a very good face to make you attractive
