Story (My gym journey) First day at gym, today I run on a treadmill for 30 minutes.

This is the first day of my gym journey, so my uni has free gym for all students here so I try.

Before I got to the gym I had a plan to do weight training, but there are so many gymcels and many of them are JBW white dudes. So I went for a treadmill instead.

I never thought I could still run for 20 minutes before I got exhausted :feelsaww: I imagined that I was running with my blonde knight gf who is my trainer.

should I continue with a treadmill or weight training?

When I used to love gymmaxing I've always prefered treadmill over weights as I value more endurance, my heart and backs more than strength. Depends more on what You want more. Either way, continue Your good work, brocel.

I felt like I was floating when I stepped out the treadmill. But overall, I don’t feel anything bad.

Mogs me for being able to run the treadmill for 30 mins i fucking hate cardio but it’s good to do so

I’m more of weightlifting type of person it’s enjoyable and slower paced as compared to cardio

I mainly just walk on incline on the treadmill for 30mins after doing an hour of weightlifting

Pretty sure if i were to run i’d last like 2 mins at most
 
do a basic barbell program and cardio on your off days
