Heres my tip, Have a spreadsheet plan/routine for a week and switch it with 3-4 different routine's alternating between one and the other to keep it feeling less repetitive and boring. for example first week i will dedicate that whole week to playing game's, then next week dedicate to porn, then next week basketball and so on with other cope's. The only controlled hobby you keep in all week's is gym which is 3x a week or 6x a week if your hardcore gymceller as this way you are coping with having a natty physique and strength mog normies in the long term goal.
I use spreadsheets./routine swap's with multiple cope's dedicated in each week to keep it less boring,reptitive and enjoying rather than doing all your cope's every single day or in a week which contribute's you to running out of cope's and going down bad path way's.
this week my cope is spending time mostly on the internet and junk food every friday can be a good cope too as a reward system each week as one other controlled variable like gym
