It is also possible that having sex in the dorms is actually against university policy. I am not trolling; it is not absurd that universities in the United States would have this policy. Fornication was not always the norm; there was a time before the universities got hijacked by marxists, nihilists, hedonists, etc.

I recommend you look into the policies of your university (if you have time or he is bothering you so much) as you could possibly get chad and his roastie slut friend suspended.
