Doing it with Vampire Lord is fun too. In Markarth I like to get all the guards on the stairs leading up to the guard quarters then use the Unrelenting Force shout
Then I like to reanimate all the corpses using the Ritual Stone. There's a glitch you can do which allows you to fast travel with your undead army
